LIZ PAIN


Event Logistics is run and coordinated by Liz Pain, the principal director of Event Logistics t/as Lx Mech Hire. Liz has over 30 years of indoor and outdoor event experience ranging from event management, technical direction, production management, risk assessments, stage management, lighting design and operation, small scale sound operation and lecturing. Liz is road closure and logistics expert.


PENNY MCDONALD


Penny McDonald has over 25 years in the theatrical and event industry. Her basic training was as a performer with Death Defying Theatre, following a residency with Melbourne Workers Theatre as Artistic Director, Penny has worked with Event Logistics since its conception as production manager and stage manager.

Need a stage manager?

Penny also can be hired as a stage manager for your dinner or event. Penny has been part of the stage management team for AFL pre match entertainment, Melbourne Cup pre race entertainment, and hundreds of corporate dinners and lunches.


BRIAN VINCENT


Brian Vincent has been with Event Logistics since its inception as Production Manager and Stage Manager.
He has been involved with all of the events that Events Logistics has completed these last 17 years and is an invaluable resource. He is known as ‘Mr Fix It’ on our events and makes things happen.


MON COCHRANE


Mon Cochrane has worked full time with Event Logistics for the past two years and on a casual basis before that. Mon comes from a theatre background and is a great lighting designer and operator. Now her work consists of production management and preparation of event plans and risk assessments. Mon is Liz’s 2IC on all our events.


CAROLYN BEST


Carolyn Best has worked with Event Logistics on a casual basis since 1998. Carolyn works on our events as part of the crew and also in the office where she pulls together an amazing cross section of our community to make up the Australia Day Peoples March.
